Paper Submission Guidelines

Extended Abstracts, Conference Proceedings and Full Papers

All accepted papers will be published in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings subject to the substantial revision made after review.

Prior to the submission of the proceeding paper or/and full paper, authors are required to submit the extended abstract to obtain a Paper ID. Please use the ReCase2025 abstract template as attached via the link button below to prepare your abstract.

Authors are also invited to submit a full paper, which is an extended version of the proceeding paper for consideration of publication in the special issue or thematic issue of our selected partner journals that will be confirmed later. Note that the publication fee for all papers will be fully waived.

Important note:

The submitted proceeding and full paper must be original, unpublished and currently not being considered for publication by other journals. The full paper for journal publication in special issue must not be the same as the one submitted in the proceeding. For the publication in the Special Issue, the following are the guidelines from the guest editors that must be adhered for the publication purpose :

    1. The submitted full paper must has been substantially revised, expanded (especially on the discussion) and rewritten so that it is significantly different from the conference paper or presentation on which it is based.

    2. Author must submit a plagiarism checking report and the similarity index should be below 15%. No filter is allowed. Bibliography can be excluded.

    3. The publication of full paper in the special issue is subjected to the journal reviewing process. Full paper will be evaluated based on its originality, technical and/or research content, relevance to conference and contributions.
